Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Pissourkotiko Halloumi

Ingredients

  1. 15 Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half).
  2. 1 Pissourkotiko Halloumi (of your choice) Charalambides Christis (cut into cubes).
  3. A few leaves of fresh mint.
  4. A little black sesame.
  5. 1 teaspoon Olive Oil.
  6. ½  spoon of balsamic

Instructions

In a bowl, pour all the ingredients together except the black sesame. Mix well and serve with black sesame seeds on the surface of the salad.

Tip: For a richer salad you can also add avocado. A combination with Pissourkotiko halloumi that will pleasantly surprise you
