Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Pissourkotiko Traditional Halloumi Charalambides Christis
- 3 figs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Cut the halloumi in half and grill in the skillet on both sides until golden brown.
- Add the figs, rosemary, and honey, and continue cooking until the figs soften.
- Finally, add the balsamic vinegar, let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes, and serve.
