Ingredients

  1. A spoon of salted Country Life Butter 
  2. Half kg of minced meat mixed
  3. 1 small onion 
  4. 1/3 cup of white wine 
  5. Two spoons of grated carrot
  6. Salt, Pepper, thyme,  
  7. 3 grated tomatoes
  8. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  9. 2 cups of boiled orzo
  10. 1/3 cup of water
  11. Parsley
  12. Pissourkotiko Traditional Goat and Sheep Halloumi Charalambides Christis

Instructions

  1. Boil our Orzo in salted water and set it aside. 
  2. Put the Country Life Butter to burn in a pan and add the minced meat. 
  3. When the minced meat turns white, add the onion.
  4. When the liquids evaporate from our pan add the wine and leave it for 3-4 minutes and then add the grated carrot.
  5. Add our spices and salt, tomatoes, sugar and leave for 2 minutes.
  6. Add our Orzo to the pan, the water and let it boil together for 7-8 minutes on low heat.
  7. Put our parsley and grate plenty of Pissourkotiko Sheep Halloumi Charalambidis Christis
