  • 3 packages Pissourkotiko Traditional Sheep Halloumi Charalambides Christis (cut into cubes)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of Wine (dry red)
  • 2 canned of tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch of Sugar
  • 4-5 allspice beans (whole)
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup Charalambides Christis Anari Dry (grated)
  • Salt & Pepper
