- 2 Chicken fillets (cut into strips)
- ½ kg Orzo (boiled)
- 3 packages Pissourkotiko Traditional Sheep Halloumi Charalambides Christis (cut into cubes)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup of Wine (dry red)
- 2 canned of tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch of Sugar
- 4-5 allspice beans (whole)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup Charalambides Christis Anari Dry (grated)
