  • 1 kg pork mince (double -minced)
  • 1 cup Pissourkotiko Traditional Halloumi Charalambides Christis (grated)
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)
  • 2 Eggs, (lightly beaten)
  • ½ cup of grated toast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups tomato (grated)
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 cup Charalambides Christis Feta (crushed).
  • A little bit of chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
