- 1 kg pork mince (double -minced)
- 1 cup Pissourkotiko Traditional Halloumi Charalambides Christis (grated)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 2 Eggs, (lightly beaten)
- ½ cup of grated toast
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups tomato (grated)
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 cup Charalambides Christis Feta (crushed).
- A little bit of chopped Parsley
